I recently encountered some issues with my wash routine that left my diapers smelling of ‘wet cloth’ (think dirty dish cloth). As I’m new to diapers, the wash routine is probably the most daunting task and Cayley was nothing short of amazing with her help and suggestions. After trying to fix the issue myself, I sent them to Pumpkins for a ‘reset’ – I should have just done this initially. The diapers smelled fresh and clean upon receiving them back and Cayley checked up on us a few days later to make sure all was well. Not only is their process spot on, their customer service is above and beyond expectations. I would definitely recommend their services to a friend or family member and had I not purchased a large stash, I would consider them for sure for diaper service.
