VACATION

Pumpkin’s Diaper Delivery requires at least TWO WEEKS notice, from your scheduled pick
up day, of any upcoming vacations. This will ensure that you do not get charged for time you are
holiday and allows us to make the necessary schedule adjustments for our employees and to our
invoicing.

INVOICING

Simple! When you choose any of our starter packages you will be billed for the package in which you choose. After your baby is born your first delivery is on us. Then you will be billed on a bi-weekly schedule. We will automatically bill you through your chosen method of payment. Once your payment has been processed you will receive a receipt by email.  You can always change your payment method and any of the other account details such as address or contact info by visiting “My Account“.

REFUNDS

Pumpkin’s Diaper Delivery reserves the right to refuse refunds on used merchandise such as, but
not limited to, pails, creams and diaper covers. Pre-payment & gift certificates are considered a
contract and commitment to receive services and are non-refundable. We currently offer a 10%
discount for pre-payment of 26 weeks.

Sign up is considered a commitment to receive services. Should you decide against receiving diaper
service, your initial start up fee is non-refundable. You may or may not receive an invoice for the
cancellation period depending on whether you have been scheduled for more than one delivery at
time of notification.

CANCELLATION OF SERVICES

Pumpkin’s Diaper Delivery requires at least TWO WEEKS notice, from your scheduled pick up
day, of any stoppages to service. Written notice MUST be in the form of our cancellation
document. All end of service invoices will reflect the full weekly fee regardless of the final pick up day
of the week.

NON-RETURNED ITEMS

Customers are responsible to return all diapers, soakers, laundry bags, pails, rental covers and similar
at service termination. All items must be out on the final pick up day. Failure to do so will result in
charges as follows: $10/diaper, $3/soaker, $15/laundry bag, $60/pail, and $18/cover. Pumpkin’s
Diaper Delivery employs strict controls for inventory management. All items are tagged at the
customers home and counted each week before entering general circulation. Items returned after the
final pick up and after invoiced will be subject to a $25 administration fee prior to refund.

STOLEN ITEMS

Customers are responsible for placing their bags in a secure location. Though very rare, occasionally
theft may occur. Missing items are charged at $10/diaper, $3/soaker, $15/laundry bag. These
situations will be addressed on an individual basis.

MISSED DELIVERIES

The first missed week the driver will leave a reduced number of clean diapers for you. The next week you will need to leave out both bags of soiled diapers. If you forget to leave the bags out for two consecutive weeks we will not be able to leave you any diapers. We need diaper inventories for all customers. You will still be charged $23.60 for a regular delivery, as our delivery van came to your house.

NSF/OTHER CHARGES

A $25 charge will be enforced on payments that have come back NSF.
