A Message from Pumpkin’s Diaper Delivery on COVID-19 (Updated)

Updated June 1, 2020: As we continue to adapt to a changing world, we wanted to take this opportunity to once again assure the families in our service that we’re as committed as ever to safely delivering comfy, cozy, completely-sanitized cloth diapers straight to your door, allowing you to stay home and focus on what matters most: family, and staying healthy. And, as always, it can’t be said enough: thank you for continuing to support local business during this unique and unprecedented time.

When you’re a brand-new parent, life is unpredictable. Every day throws a new change or challenge your way, and it can feel like a full-time job just keeping up. It’s all normally far more than enough to contend with, but now, parents are faced with an entirely new uncertainty thrown into the mix: COVID-19. Don’t worry, though – Pumpkin’s has your back.
We realize that there is growing concern over the novel coronavirus as more cases of COVID-19 are confirmed in our communities, and we wanted to take a moment to reassure you of our sanitizing wash routine. We are confident that like all viruses (such as hand-foot-mouth or gastrointestinal) COVID-19 does not survive in high heat and we use a prolonged exposure to temperatures over 120° F to ensure that we achieve proper sanitation of our diapers. In addition to high heat, we also use multiple industrial strength detergents and a non-chlorine bleach alternative.
We value your continued confidence in our little company and please don’t hesitate to reach out with any concerns! Cayley is a huge science geek (lab tech by trade) and will gladly discuss all things science-y!

The safety and wellbeing of our clients is of our utmost concern during these changing and uncertain times. We’re proud to continue to offer the families in our service a convenient, sustainable alternative to disposables. These times can be tough for local businesses – if there’s any way you can continue to safely support our community of small business owners and entrepreneurs, they’ll be grateful for your doing so. Please, take care of one another, be healthy, and if you have any questions about our ongoing service, don’t hesitate to reach out to us and get in touch. Thank you for continuing to support local – and thank you for continuing to support Pumpkin’s.
